Return and Refund Policy
We want to make the return and refund process clear and straightforward. The following terms apply to all return requests and refund inquiries.
Return Window
A return may be requested within 30 days from the date your order is received.
Returned merchandise must remain in its original delivered condition. Products must not have been worn or used and must include their original tags and packaging. A receipt or other proof of purchase is required.
Starting a Return

After your return request is approved, we will send you the return label and the necessary shipping instructions.
We cannot accept packages that are returned without an approved return request.

Order Problems
Please check your order when it arrives. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or does not match the product you ordered, contact us as soon as possible. We will review the situation and work with you toward a suitable solution.
Non-Returnable Products
Certain products are excluded from our return policy. These include perishable items such as food, flowers, and plants, as well as personalized or custom products and personal care products such as beauty items.
Returns are also not accepted for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, gases, discounted sale items, or gift cards.
If you have questions about a specific item, please contact us before making a return.
Different Product / Replacement
Customers who want a different product must return the original item first. After the return is approved, a separate order must be placed for the replacement item.
European Union Orders
Orders shipped to the European Union may be canceled or returned within 14 days without a reason.
The returned product must be unused or unworn and must retain its tags and original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
Returned products will be inspected after receipt. We will then notify you whether your refund has been approved.
Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method within 10 business days. Depending on your bank or card company, additional processing time may be required.
