Shipping Policy & Delivery Terms
This policy outlines our order handling and delivery arrangements.
1. Processing of Orders
Most orders require 1–3 business days to be prepared for shipment. Orders are not dispatched on weekends or public holidays.
Periods of high demand may result in several additional days for processing or transit.
2. Shipping Services and Charges
Shipping fees are calculated and presented during checkout.
Standard Shipping is estimated to arrive within 7–15 business days.
Express Shipping, when offered, has an estimated delivery period of 3–7 business days.
Delivery may occasionally be delayed because of customs clearance or issues with the local postal service.
3. Dispatch Notice and Tracking
When your order leaves our facility, we will send a confirmation email containing the tracking number.
Tracking details may take approximately 24–48 hours after dispatch to begin updating.
4. Duties, Taxes, and Other Costs
Customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and other applicable fees related to their shipment, including charges assessed during transit or after delivery. These costs are not paid by our store.
5. Reporting Damaged Packages
If your shipment arrives damaged, notify us as soon as possible to start a claim.
Please retain the damaged merchandise and all packaging materials until the claim review is completed.
6. International Delivery
Orders are dispatched from our United States warehouse and delivered internationally by JSD International Logistics.
Worldwide delivery is available. If your country is unavailable during checkout, please contact us for assistance.
